Frequently asked questions
What is Atsona?
Atsona is being built as a place to share concerns that have felt too small or too personal to ask about. Our goal is to help you find a practitioner whose approach fits you and explore their perspective through a digital twin shaped by their own way of reading charts. Skip sorting through reviews and chat with a digital twin to experience the practitioner's approach for yourself.
Do I need an account or payment to try it?
You need to sign in to try Atsona, but no payment is required.
Are my conversations shared for twin learning?
Twin learning sharing is off by default. When enabled in Settings, learning copies of new questions and twin replies are saved and sent to the twin’s practitioner to improve the twin. These copies exclude account names, emails and account IDs; detected identifying details are hidden before saving. Copies from the same user share a separate number, and the twin used is recorded. Shared conversations use 25% less AI usage and are not made public. Turning it off stops future learning copies and the discount. This does not change what you choose to send in a separate consultation.
I’m an astrologer. How can I get started?
Sign in to set up your Western astrology chart preferences, work through practice readings with simulated clients, and review your digital twin’s answers. When it is ready, submit it to Atsona. Your twin is shown to clients only after it passes Atsona’s review. The current focus is love and relationships.
